Our foldable corn headers are designed to fully integrate with the hydraulic system and maneuverability of combine harvesters. Featuring a plastic body structure for reduced weight, they can be easily controlled via the hydraulic system to adapt to different stalk thicknesses.
Fully compatible with all major combine harvester brands (Claas, John Deere, New Holland, Laverda, etc.), our system offers 6, 8, and 12-row production options to meet diverse needs. Thanks to their foldable design, they provide significant advantages in both transport and storage processes.

The upper and lower blades are coated with a special wear-resistant layer.
The lower blade kit can also be retrofitted to the corn header at a later time.
The corn header is powered via a shaft driven by the side gearboxes.
